The West Bengal Forest Department came to us with a deeply moving request. They wanted to honor their frontline heroes. They told us: "The people receiving this memento fight for the forest every single day. They protect the woods, they protect the Royal Bengal Tiger, and they protect humans from the tiger." They needed an award that truly reflected this relentless, daily struggle.
How do you capture such immense, selfless love for the wild? We quickly realized that handing them a shiny, artificial metal or plastic trophy would feel completely out of place. To honor their boundless love for nature, we decided to bring the forest itself into the award. The idea was simple but powerful: we would design and engrave their story directly onto a raw, natural wooden canvas. It’s not just an award; it’s a piece of the very nature they risk their lives to protect.
We crafted a beautiful wooden plaque. Working with rich artisan wood, we let the natural grain become part of the artwork. We engraved a serene forest landscape alongside the fierce, majestic face of the Royal Bengal Tiger. The earthy texture and the green detailing perfectly capture the essence of the wild, making it a very grounded and premium tribute.
